After the termination of a previous contract with RADDSports and a $3 million settlement, Pasco County approved a new contract with Sports Facilities Companies (SFC) to manage the Wiregrass Ranch Sports Campus. SFC’s commitment includes generating at least 30,000 room nights annually and investing $2-$3 million to convert fields to artificial turf. Parking concerns persist.
