Marcy Esbjerg, the director of community development for Pasco County, Florida, has been elected as the president of the National Community Development Association (NCDA). In her new role, she will coordinate interactions and conferences among the NCDA’s member organizations, which administer economic development, community development, and affordable housing programs funded by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
