Pasco Sheriff’s detectives are looking for answers in a murder that happened on February 28 in the Moon Lake neighborhood of Jerome Dr. They have identified the victim as Edmund “Jack” Foisy, 72, who was last seen in good health around 8 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 27. Anyone with information is asked to contact the PSO Crime Tips Line or report tips online. The case number is 24006969.
