Pasco County Tax Collector Mike Fasano canceled a contract with the Florida PACE Funding Agency after a report revealed the agency’s executive director, Mike Moran, had spent thousands of taxpayer dollars on lavish personal expenses. Fasano said the agency’s actions were inappropriate for officials entrusted with public funds.
