Terald Hopkins, general manager of Ford of Port Richey, was honored as Citizen of the Year by Lions District 35-1 for his efforts in distributing relief supplies during hurricanes Helene and Milton. Hopkins spearheaded an incredible relief effort, collecting and distributing essential supplies to affected residents, and offering incentives to encourage community participation.
