Port Richey Firefighters Rescue Manatee

Port Richey Fire Department Capt. Patrick Binder assisted in releasing Culvert the manatee back to the sea from whence it came. The manatee was discovered trapped in a pipe under the U.S. 19 bridge and was rescued by teams from the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission.
