The Port Richey Police Department’s chief, Cyrus Robinson, has resigned and Captain Michael Koch will serve as interim chief. The city council discussed using an outside firm for the search, revising the city’s charter, and requested state funding for water-related projects. Robinson objected to the city’s plan to move its emergency dispatch operations to Pasco County.
