Michael Bundy, the owner of Sunista Realty property management company, was arrested and accused of defrauding dozens of clients in Pasco County. Bundy allegedly failed to return security deposits to property owners, drained client accounts, and failed to pay vendors. Approximately $400,000 has been stolen, and police believe the total stolen amount is closer to $1.5 million.
