Scott Tepperman and his cast and crew filmed parts of the third and final installment of his ‘Cruel Summer’ horror trilogy in New Port Richey. The trilogy is a love letter to the ’80s and features a crazed masked killer, trauma therapy group, and missing members. Tepperman said the series is starting to get attention and the films are getting worldwide distribution. They occasionally do screenings at horror or paranormal conventions.
