A woman fled a Port Richey home during a break-in and shooting early Friday morning, but was later found safe. Two suspects, Kenneth Ohmann and Thomas Philpot, were arrested after deputies executed a search warrant, while a third suspect, Sabrina Philpot, was also detained.
