Interstate-75 was shut down in Pasco County, Florida after officials discovered a suspicious item near the southbound off-ramp at State Road 52. The item appeared to be a potential explosive device and was investigated by the Tampa Police Department’s bomb squad. The interstate reopened just before 11 a.m.
