Tampa General Hospital, the largest in the Tampa Bay region, has received a C grade in the latest Leapfrog hospital safety ratings, despite assurances from officials that its grade will improve. The hospital scored low on measures such as MRSA and blood infections, surgical wound splits, and patient falls.
