Tampa Man Shoots Himself After Bomb Threat

A man who made a public disagreement with state transportation agency officials last year over a project, fatally shot himself after calling in a bomb threat to the agency’s headquarters. Officials said that one reason his intersection design was not chosen was because it has not been built anywhere else.
