Ten teenagers were legally adopted at a ceremony held by Family Support Services in Pasco & Pinellas Counties. Three siblings were adopted by Sebastian Montenegro and his husband, who had always planned to adopt an older child. The adopted trio, aged 17, 10, and 7, had different personalities and were open to having parents. FSS is constantly recruiting families for older children and siblings in foster care.
