Meteorologists in Tampa Bay have issued a tornado watch for much of central Florida until 11 a.m. as a cold front brings stormy weather. The National Weather Service anticipates gusts of 70 mph and possible tornadoes. Neighborhoods with poor drainage and urban areas may see minimal flooding, and the risk of storms ends around 4 p.m.
