Tuskegee Airmen And Nurses: Their Unwavering Patriotism

The Tuskegee Airmen, an all-Black group in the U.S. Army Air Corps during WWII, were highly decorated for their service. Pia Jordan, author of ‘Memories of a Tuskegee Airman Nurse and Her Military Sisters’, spoke about their experiences at a Pasco County NAACP event. Despite facing discrimination, the Tuskegee nurses were patriotic and dedicated to their duty.
