The U.S. Special Operations Command is hosting a capabilities demonstration this week in Tampa, Florida. The ‘Battle of the Bay’ will take place on Wednesday, May 8, and will feature helicopters, boats, drones, ATVS, scuba divers, and other military equipment. A rehearsal will be held on Tuesday, May 7. The event is open to the public and is expected to draw more than 16,000 people. A noise advisory and traffic detours will be in effect during the event.
