On July 1st, officers responded to a report of a verbal altercation in Pasco County, Florida. During the argument, the suspect, Juan Sanchez-Tevenal, produced and pointed a firearm at the victim, John Newhall, before fleeing the scene. Detectives obtained evidence to arrest Sanchez-Tevenal on a charge of Aggravated Assault with a Firearm.
