Pasco County commissioners have approved the first phase of a massive downtown development project, Legacy Wiregrass Ranch, in Wesley Chapel. The development will consist of office space, a hotel, entertainment venues, and retail spaces, among others. The project is expected to generate $575 million annually to the county’s gross product and create thousands of jobs.
