The latest plans for Wesley Chapel’s first Whole Foods Market have been filed, indicating an upscale development anchored by the popular grocery store and Life Time fitness center. The development is proposed as a high-end retail center just north of Aronwood Boulevard, with an entrance/exit on both Aronwood and Bruce B. Downs. The project is expected to open in 2027.
