Whole Foods and Life Time are not confirmed as tenants for the planned retail center in Wesley Chapel, according to SJC Ventures. The plans for a retail center just north of Aronwood Boulevard (at the northernmost entrance to Meadow Pointe off Bruce B. Downs Boulevard) included roughly 170,000 square feet of retail space.
