Zephyrhills Pauses New Housing Developments Due To Water Supply Concerns

The Zephyrhills City Council has approved a moratorium on new housing developments due to water supply concerns. The pause in new developments does not mean the city is closing its doors completely, and construction of residential properties smaller than an acre is allowed to continue. Current developments and non-residential developments, like businesses, are also free to continue. The City Council will take a vote in June to decide if the current moratorium should end or continue.
