A 13-year-old boy in Pasco County, Florida, was charged with possession of child pornography and another illegal sex-related crime, as well as encouraging two other minors to harm themselves. The investigation started with a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children about a Discord group encouraging a young girl to cut herself. The boy was found to have videos of child pornography and documentation for committing mass murder, violence, and building bombs.
