A 78-year-old man was fatally struck by a Nissan Altima while crossing Dairy Road in Zephyrhills, Pasco County, on Wednesday morning. The crash occurred around 7 a.m. near Market Square Drive, with heavy fog reported at the scene. The driver, a 28-year-old woman from Leesburg, remained at the scene. The victim was hospitalized but later died. Authorities are investigating the incident.
