Chopper Davis Reelected as Mayor for City of New Port Richey

Chopper Davis has been reelected as the Mayor of New Port Richey after receiving approximately 43 percent of the vote. The city government officially congratulated Davis and the other candidates for their dedicated efforts during the campaign. Davis has a long history in the community, having moved to the city in 1983 and previously owning Jilly’s Tavern. His professional background includes work with the Center for Independence and Card Connect. Before becoming mayor, he served on the Firefighters Pension Board and the city council for nine years.
