A Port Richey code enforcement officer, Jeffrey Singleton, has been arrested on multiple felony charges, including possession of child pornography, voyeurism, and sexual contact with animals. Investigators found disturbing evidence during a search of his home, which also revealed his aggressive behavior in enforcing city codes.
