The Wesley Chapel Fall Festival marked the end of the grassy field’s use for concerts, carnivals, markets, and festivals as Pasco County commissioners approved developer Mark Gold’s plan to nearly double the number of apartments at the Grove. This will increase residential units from 300 to 575, with the new buildings being four stories tall and featuring a park.
