A Palm Harbor woman was struck and killed by a vehicle on Friday in Pasco County, officials reported. The Florida Highway Patrol said the driver was a 45-year-old woman from New Port Richey operating a Jeep Wrangler northbound on Epiphany Way. The crash occurred near the intersection of Tryfon Boulevard as the pedestrian attempted to cross the street westbound. Police identified the victim as a resident of Palm Harbor. The incident is under investigation by local authorities.
