Authorities in Florida have issued a Missing Child Alert for 11-year-old Kaleb New, who was last seen in Wesley Chapel. Kaleb is described as 4-foot-11 with blonde hair and blue eyes, and he may be carrying a pink backpack or riding a black electric scooter.
