Florida voters will decide in November whether to legalize recreational marijuana for adult use. If the measure passes, it will usher in a multibillion-dollar industry and open the market to consumers beyond medical users. Florida would join 24 states that have legalized recreational pot. The amendment’s language prohibits marijuana use in college dorms and allows lawmakers to create smoke-free zones. Possession of up to 3 ounces for personal use would be legal.
