A grand jury has indicted a former law enforcement officer on six counts related to the sexual abuse of a juvenile. David Agosto, 57, is accused of capital sexual battery and lewd molestation against a child under 12, as well as additional charges involving children aged 12 to 18. The investigation began after detectives received information about the alleged crimes on July 29. During a search of his residence, officers found over 163 grams of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. He was subsequently arrested on all six sex-related charges plus additional drug possession charges.
