General Manager Les Ares attributes the growth to rising travel costs and airport congestion, offering what he calls a “stay‑cation” experience. Members pay for access without the responsibilities of boat ownership, including maintenance, fuel, and cleaning. Visitors from Orlando like Evan Post say the club provides an affordable vacation option without long drives or high gas costs. Ares expects the summer season to be particularly busy as more people seek water‑based recreation.
