Kelsie Renea Moorman, 25, was arrested for a hit-and-run crash in Hudson that injured two teens, Kaiden Paradise and Darius Maddox. She was released on bond after being identified and located in Tennessee. The teens suffered broken bones and internal injuries and remained hospitalized a week after the incident.
