Claudia Bento Hart and her daughter, Ana María Hart, are among seven families who became homeowners in New Port Richey through Habitat for Humanity’s affordable housing program. After 32 years in the U.S. and contributing 350 hours of sweat equity, Bento Hart secured a zero-interest mortgage. The program supports low-to-moderate-income families with financial education and community support, fostering stronger neighborhoods.
