A 36-year-old man named Christopher Blake Working was arrested Friday after police determined he stole Amazon packages from a Port Richey residence. Investigators say Working entered the property on Bay Boulevard around 1:01 p.m. on February 28 and removed two deliveries while discarding their contents. Officers later found him at Hardee’s where he refused to comply with lawful commands before attempting to flee. A K-9 unit located him after his escape attempt across U.S. Highway 19. Working admitted he had an outstanding warrant explaining why he tried to avoid arrest. He faces burglary felony charges plus resisting officer without violence and probation violation warrants from Pasco County.
