A man was arrested in Florida for fraudulently towing a crashed vehicle from the scene. The suspect, Abrahim S. Ahmad, posed as a legitimate tow truck operator and hooked up the owner’s vehicle against their will, before dropping it off at a nearby 7-11 store.
