The Florida Highway Patrol (FHP) reported a fatal three-vehicle crash in Pasco County on Monday afternoon. The collision involved a Kia Telluride, a GMC Sierra, and a Chrysler PT Cruiser traveling northbound on U.S. 19 around 3:21 p.m. on Jan. 26. The Kia driver, a 69-year-old from Weeki Wachee, suffered fatal injuries after the Chrysler failed to stop at a red light, causing the Kia to collide with the GMC. The GMC driver sustained minor injuries, while the Chrysler driver, a 69-year-old from Hudson, was hospitalized with serious injuries.
