Saint Leo University has selected Jim Burkee, the current president of Avila University, as its 12th president. Burkee has a strong record of increasing enrollment, raising funds, and strengthening partnerships, which Saint Leo needs to recover from enrollment and financial challenges. Burkee will begin his tenure on September 1.
