The Pasco County Planning Commission approved a rezoning request for Stanley Martin Homes to build a 178-townhome community in Land O’ Lakes, despite opposition from neighboring communities. The project, called the Enclave at Livingston, includes road improvements and traffic management plans. The final approval will be decided by the county’s Board of Commissioners on October 7.
