Pasco County’s New K-8 School Opens Doors, Boosting School Community Relationships

Pasco County’s newest school, Skybrooke K-8, opened on Aug 11, marking a shift towards the K-8 model by the school board. Principal Michele Boylan emphasizes the benefits of the model, pointing to stronger community connections and optimal academic growth. The school, a $68.8 million facility, boasts 10 classrooms per grade level, an aerospace aviation pathway, and has already surpassed its first-year student count. Boylan lauds the team effort that made the first day a success.
