A fatal crash on U.S. 19 in Pasco County, Fla., resulted in one death and serious injuries. The Florida Highway Patrol reported a Volkswagen Jetta driver attempted a U-turn at 3:30 a.m. on March 10, colliding with a northbound vehicle. The 48-year-old southbound driver was hospitalized with critical injuries, while the 45-year-old northbound driver died at the scene. Both vehicles were operated by Spring Hill residents. Authorities are investigating the incident’s circumstances.
