A New Port Richey woman died and three others were injured in a crash on I-75 in Sarasota County. The Florida Highway Patrol reported the semi-truck collision occurred just after midnight Sunday when a towing truck with sod was stopped to check a trailer tire issue. The woman, 34, and her passengers—a 19-year-old man, 33-year-old man, and a three-year-old child—were involved. The crash is under investigation.
