Tropical Storm Dexter is weakening and heading out to sea, but forecasters continue to monitor three potential development areas, including one off the coast of Florida. The system has the potential to become a post-tropical cyclone and then regain strength over open waters. Heavy rain is expected across parts of the Southeast this week.
