A group called Lines of Liberty, which helps veterans dealing with PTSD through fishing trips, plans to extend their services to mobility-challenged individuals, such as Navy veteran Rick Rettinger. Rettinger, who was paralyzed by an autoimmune condition, has been active in Florida, participating in activities like skydiving and winning gold medals in The Wheelchair Games. Lines of Liberty is raising funds to purchase a modified pontoon boat for wheelchair accessibility.
