Vietnamese-boba shop Tiên Sandwich opens in Wesley Chapel Wiregrass Ranch

Tiên’s Sandwich, a new Vietnamese-French boba tea shop, is set to open in Wiregrass Ranch, Wesley Chapel in November. The restaurant is helmed by Vietnamese chef Chau Le and owner Tommy Nguyen, a couple who spent time in Vietnam learning banh mi bread techniques. The shop offers signature submarine-style sandwiches using imported ingredients and baked baguettes with a proprietary flour mixture for the right crunch and airiness. Prices range from $8.95 for a classic banh mi to $10.95 for a premium version. The 40-seat location will also feature a boba tea lounge alongside other menu items like beef pho, vermicelli bowls, and spring rolls. Named after the couple’s daughter, the restaurant responds to community requests for authentic family-owned Vietnamese dining rather than expensive chains. The Nguyen and Le family previously owned and operated Pho Nhu Trang before it closed in the Egypt Lake-Leto neighborhood. Looking ahead, they plan to expand with regional specialties and eventually open a full-service restaurant.
