A 25-year-old woman accused of a hit-and-run crash that seriously injured two teens has bonded out of jail. Kelsie Moorman, from Memphis, Tennessee, was arrested in Tennessee after fleeing the scene in Florida. She faces two felony counts of hit-and-run in connection with the October 12 crash in Hudson, Florida.
