A Brooksville woman has been charged with DUI manslaughter after a crash that killed a man, according to the Florida Highway Patrol. The incident occurred on U.S. 19, where the woman, identified as Ashley Marshall, was driving under the influence with a BAC of 0.240. Her Buick Verana collided with a Chrysler PT Cruiser, resulting in the death of the 68-year-old passenger and non-life-threatening injuries for the driver and Marshall.
