Youth & Family Advocates (YFA) has secured $1.5 million to build the Speer II housing complex in New Port Richey, offering 50 affordable units for families at risk of separation due to housing challenges. The project aims to provide stable housing and support services to reunite families and minimize trauma, with additional funding from Pasco County and the Florida Department of Children & Families.
