He is approximately five feet two inches tall with black hair and brown eyes. Giovanni reportedly has a sleeve tattoo on his right arm that reads Money bags get rich or die. Officials believe he may be traveling in the Hudson area of Pasco County. The FDLE advises anyone who locates him not to approach but instead contact law enforcement immediately for safety reasons. Authorities are urging the public to provide any information regarding his whereabouts by contacting the FDLE hotline, Pasco Sheriff’s Office, or calling 911.
