A Florida Highway Patrol trooper stopped a Honda Civic traveling over 90 mph on Interstate 75 near mile marker 280 in Pasco County. The driver, Conor William Parady, was found to be heavily intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of 0.177, which is more than twice the legal limit.
